Our TLC program is great for a seller or Realtor that's interested in selling a home quickly or, a buyer who’s in the process of buying or, has just purchased a home and wants to make sure everything is in working order.

We’ll make sure your home looks great and, most importantly, is operating at its best.

By properly maintaining your home, you’ll reduce the risks of expensive future repairs.

Here’s how our TLC program works: Once you sign up, Step 1- We’ll setup an appointment that works best for you. Our technician will spend several hours completing the items on our TLC checklist.

Step 2- Our workers are trained in this field and are knowledgeable to ensure you’re receiving the best attention possible. Our Technicians will check your home inside and out. We level your interior and exterior doors, we replace your door and windows are sealing properly to make sure your home is as efficient as possible, we tighten and oil your doors and knobs, check for plumbing leaks to help avoid water damage, make sure all outlets are working properly to avoid electrical shorts, install light bulbs where needed, replace furnace filters to make sure your air conditioner is operating at the correct temperature, we make sure your main water pressure is adequate to avoid extreme pressures which can cause major plumbing issues and, we check for adequate temperatures at all faucets. Our technicians will make sure every window opens and closes correctly and much much more! If you were selling your home, keep in mind, a home that is presented properly will sell sooner than a home that needs work. You want prospective buyers to feel comfortable making an offer correct? Whether you are the seller or the real estate agent representing your buyer, our program will help make the sale happen! If you’re buying a home, you want to make sure the home your interested in is maintained and in working order correct. 

Step 3- Once we complete your TLC program, we issue a certificate of completion. If you’re selling your home, you can offer this to your buyer. If you’re buying a home, you can request the seller complete a TLC program and request a TLC home certificate of completion.

Generally, you can have the seller complete this at their expense as long as you included the request within your offer. Consult with your real estate agent regarding the process. make sure you receive a TLC certificate of completion when purchasing your new home! Most inspection companies will charge you more than our TLC Program and, they only write an inspection report! We complete our TLC Program checklist containing over 60 items! Simply put, we inspect and complete work at a lower cost! If you have any additional work that needs to be completed , we can offer you the best pricing possible!
